Common questions

What do I need to hire a vehicle?

Valid UK driving licence held for minimum two years, proof of insurance (business or personal), and payment card for security deposit. International licences accepted with additional documentation.

Can I extend my hire period?

Yes, subject to availability. Contact us before your scheduled return date. Extended hire rates may apply for longer commitments.

Do you offer delivery?

Delivery not currently offered. All vehicles collected from our Birmingham location. We can recommend local transport options for getting to our collection point.

What if the vehicle has issues?

All vehicles inspected before handover. If issues arise during hire, contact us immediately. We provide replacement vehicle or arrange repairs depending on circumstances.

Are there mileage limits?

Daily hires include 150 miles per day. Weekly programmes include 1000 miles per week. Additional mileage charged at posted rates. Unlimited mileage available for monthly arrangements.

What about insurance?

You must provide proof of comprehensive insurance covering hire vehicles. We can recommend insurance providers who specialize in business vehicle hire if needed.
