• Be at least 25 years of age
• Hold a valid UK driving licence for a minimum of two years
• Provide proof of comprehensive insurance coverage
• Present valid identification upon vehicle collection
• Have no serious driving convictions within the past five years

Booking Process

Vehicle bookings are subject to the following conditions:

• All bookings require advance reservation and confirmation
• Vehicle availability is confirmed upon receipt of your enquiry
• Confirmation emails constitute agreement to hire terms
• We reserve the right to refuse service without providing reasons
• Bookings are not confirmed until payment and documentation requirements are met

Pricing and Payment

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations more than 48 hours before collection: full refund
• Cancellations within 48 hours of collection: 50% fee retained
• No-shows or same-day cancellations: full payment forfeited
• We reserve the right to cancel bookings due to vehicle unavailability
• In case of our cancellation, full refund provided or alternative vehicle offered

Mileage and Fuel Policy

The following policies apply:

• Daily hires include 150 miles per day
• Weekly programmes include 1000 miles per week
• Excess mileage charged at £0.35 per mile
• Vehicles provided with full fuel tank
• Return with full tank or accept refueling charge plus administrative fee

Late Returns and Extensions

The following terms apply:

• Late returns without prior authorization may incur additional daily charges
• Extensions must be requested before scheduled return time
• Extensions subject to vehicle availability and additional payment
• Unauthorized late returns may result in legal action

Damage and Cleaning

The following conditions apply:

• Vehicles inspected upon collection and return
• You are responsible for all damage occurring during hire period
• Excessive cleaning fees apply if vehicle returned in unsatisfactory condition
• Smoking in vehicles results in deep cleaning charge
• Security deposit used to cover damage and cleaning costs

Website Use

When using our website, you agree to:

• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Not use the website for fraudulent purposes
• Not transmit malicious code or harmful content
